Jennifer joined the company in 2019 when WA-2! became part of the Quench family. As the Controller, Jennifer acts as guardian over all accounting and financial affairs. She is passionate about educating the Quench team on understanding the financial impact of day to day business decisions and is a driver in establishing processes that create consistent, efficient operations. Jennifer is a graduate from the University of Toronto.
Originally joining Quench in 2011, Bob spent six years building and leading various departments, including Sales Operations and Customer Care. After a brief hiatus from Quench in 2017, during which he worked in Management Consulting for KPMG, Bob returned to Quench in 2018 to run Quench's first international division: Quench Canada. He holds a BS from the Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Temple University.
Ciara started her water journey in 2016 after joining WA-2! as a Customer Care and Sales Specialist. In February 2019 Ciara joined Quench Canada after Quench acquired WA-2!. With 10 years’ experience in retail, Ciara’s customer service skills and profound work ethic promoted her to Customer Care Manager with a focus on Office Water sales in 2017. Today she is responsible for leading the Quench Canada Customer Care team in retaining valued customers and ensuring our commitment to providing pure drinking water.
Debbie is a veteran in the water cooler industry with more than 20 years’ experience in sales and operations. Debbie joined the company in 2017 when the company she co-founded, Quench Water Canada, became part of Quench. Debbie now brings her expertise to growing Quench's presence across Canada, adding some of the fastest growing companies and well-known brands to the Canadian portfolio. She holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from The University of Western Ontario.
Lonnie joined Quench in January 2019 after the acquisition of Pure Water Technology. Lonnie brings 14 years of Marketing experience to the Quench Canada team with emphasis on Lead Generation, Website Development, CRM Management, Marketing Automation and more. Her attention to detail and go-getter approach are just some of the attributes that make her a valuable team asset.
Will has served as Field Technician Manager since he joined Quench in 2018 through the acquisition of WA-2! Water. Will brings over 20 years of water filtration experience in both technical and management roles. He began his career with Aramark and has worked for Microclear and WA-2! in a variety of roles. Will is responsible for delivering exceptional field service in British Columbia and Alberta and is one of Quench’s foremost in-house water filtration experts.
Mike joined the company in 2017 when Quench Water Canada became part of the Quench family. His passion for satisfying customer service needs and willingness to go the extra mile have been major factors in his success. Quickly identified as a rising talent in the organization, Mike was appointed Field Service Manager in 2018. Mike is responsible for delivering exceptional field service in Ontario and Quebec.
