Todd Peterson
Chief Operating Officer

Todd is the Chief Operating Officer of Quench and brings 20 years of operating and executive experience to the company, as well as substantial experience in mergers and acquisitions. Todd is also an Operating Partner at Element Partners, a private equity firm and investor in AquaVenture Holdings. Prior to joining Quench, Todd co-founded Foster Chamberlain LLC, a firm that incubates “cleantech” companies spun out of large corporations and research labs. Previously, Todd worked for strategy consulting firm Booz, Allen & Hamilton and Enron Corporation. Todd holds BS and MBA degrees from The Wharton School, where, as a graduate student, he was awarded a fellowship from Ford Motor Company.

Tony Ibarguen
Chief Executive Officer

Tony has served as Quench's CEO since he joined the company in 2010. He is also CEO and President of AquaVenture Holdings, Ltd., Quench's parent company, and serves on its Board of Directors. Tony has over 25 years of senior executive leadership experience at companies such as Insight Enterprises (NASDAQ: NSIT), a Fortune 500 information technology business where he also serves on its Board of Directors; Alliance Consulting Group, a privately-held IT consulting firm; and Tech Data (NASDAQ: TECD) a Fortune 500 global technology distributor. Tony holds a degree in Marketing from Boston College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Tom Breslin
Chief Financial Officer

Tom joined Quench in 2012 to lead the company’s financial organization and provide strategic insight. Tom brings substantial financial management and mergers and acquisitions expertise to Quench. He has served as Chief Financial Officer of several high-growth, private equity-backed companies in his 20-plus year career, including Sonitrol Corporation (commercial security systems), Aspen Marketing Group (marketing services), and Cardinal Business Media (magazine publishing and trade shows). Tom began his career with Arthur Anderson, is a member of the Pennsylvania and American Institutes of Certified Public Accountants, and is a graduate of LaSalle University.

Barry Bleahen
Vice President, Marketing and Sales - Inside

A seasoned professional in the water cooler industry, Barry leads marketing and sales operations for Quench. Prior to joining the Company in 2015, Barry served as Vice President of Business Development and Marketing at Waterlogic USA, with responsibility for unifying acquired businesses under the parent brand and market position. Barry has also held senior marketing and operations roles at Aramark and Wawa, Inc. He has a BSc from the National University of Ireland at Cork and an MBA from Saint Joseph's University, Philadelphia.

Bob Mitchell
General Manager, Quench Canada

Originally joining Quench in 2011, Bob spent six years building and leading various departments, including Sales Operations and Customer Care. After a brief hiatus from Quench in 2017, during which he worked in Management Consulting for KPMG, Bob returned to Quench in 2018 to run Quench's first international division: Quench Canada. He holds a BS from the Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Temple University.
