No, there won’t be a need to change your machine. JavaSmart technicians will be joining the Quench service team and Quench technicians will be trained on how to service JavaSmart machines. So, as long as you’re happy with your JavaSmart machine, you can keep it and we will be able to service it for you!
The integration of Quench and JavaSmart began November 2022.
